These conditions govern use of Walla Walla County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading its content, or submitting a query means you accept them. If you disagree with any condition, do not continue using the site.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website is not affiliated with Walla Walla County, Washington, or any government body. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The site supplies public-resource directions only. It is not a private investigation service or consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal files, perform official checks, retrieve records, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its purpose is to identify the Walla Walla County courts, Sheriff, Corrections Department, Washington State Patrol, and Washington Sex Offender Public Registry that hold source records, along with outside tools that may aid lawful research. The Washington Public Records Act governs qualifying agency requests, while RCW 10.97.050 sets criminal-history dissemination limits; neither law makes this private site a records custodian.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from this site or a linked service to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Washington registry data is published for lawful community awareness. Misuse of Washington Sex Offender Public Registry information against a listed person may lead to criminal penalties; vigilantism and discriminatory use are prohibited.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, background checks, or other consumer reports. Our partners' tools are not offered here for applicant, renter, insurance, or credit decisions. You must not use this site or a linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check for an FCRA-regulated purpose must come from an appropriate official process or a provider that complies with the FCRA, not from this site.

5. No Legal Advice

Content here is not legal advice. General descriptions of Walla Walla County criminal records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, vacation, or sealing rule applies to one case. Washington addresses qualifying felony vacation in RCW 9.94A.640 and qualifying misdemeanor vacation in RCW 9.96.060. Consult a licensed Washington attorney for legal guidance.

All content and services are provided "as is." We make no promise that:
