About Walla Walla County Criminal History

Walla Walla County criminal records are divided among the Sheriff, county Corrections, several courts, the Washington State Patrol, the Department of Corrections, and the Washington Sex Offender Public Registry. We built this private reference site to make that split easier to follow. It points readers to the official portal, counter, address, or phone number for the record they need.

Why We Built This Site

Washington provides several public access routes, but each custodian holds only part of a criminal history. Walla Walla County Corrections keeps booking and jail records. The courts hold filed charges and dispositions. The Washington State Patrol runs the state repository and WATCH public search. Its official WATCH pamphlet explains the public product, while the WSP billed-account form lists service choices and charges. State prison records belong to the Washington State Department of Corrections, while registry information follows the Washington Sex Offender Public Registry. This site brings the verified contacts, search tools, fees, and request steps for those offices into a single local reference.

What You Will Find Here

  • Local record instructions: how Walla Walla County court, police, booking, and registry sources are searched and read
  • Official check details: the difference between WATCH name searches, WSP fingerprint checks, and the FBI's Identity History Summary self-review process
  • Verified contacts: where to reach county courts, the Sheriff, Corrections, and Washington record systems
  • Record-clearing routes: how Washington vacation, sealing, and nonconviction deletion differ

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of Walla Walla County, a Washington court, a police department, or any state agency. Those boundaries mean:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file vacation or sealing motions, records requests, or other papers for you
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that a published fee, address, or phone number has not changed

Only the office that keeps the source record, such as the court, Sheriff, Corrections, or Washington State Patrol, can issue an official copy.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. They operate their own products, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee for us, which supports free access to this reference site. We do not set the provider's charges or determine the information it returns.
